Making the voice of 150,000+ employees across 100+ enterprises feel heard and valued through an AI-enabled engagement bot in HR, inFeedo is a 6-year old predictive people analytics company that is helping enterprises such as GE, Airtel, Makemytrip engage their employees and ensure they feel heard and valued with the help of our flagship AI-enabled engagement bot Amber.

Guided by our 6 core values, we’re a 35-player strong team of young, ambitious, and relentless individuals breaking all rules and helping HR across the world rewrite the rules of employee engagement.

As VP Marketing at inFeedo, you will be responsible for the entire customer journey. You will also be responsible for inbound revenue helping Sales achieve their overall revenue goals and look after international expansion and strategy.

What will you be doing?

  1. Strategize international expansion and go-to-market to create predictable pipeline growth from different international geographies.

  2. Create new channels for inbound leads while optimising existing ones through quirky & creative growth hacks.

  3. Optimise RoI from events, trade shows & conferences sponsored or hosted for product marketing.

  4. Strategise & execute community-building initiatives around employee engagement & future of work.

  5. Conduct customer advocacy case studies and success stories that creates product awareness and consideration in the market.

Requirements

What skills do you need?

  1. 6+ years of experience leading international growth and building pipeline in a B2B SaaS company (preferably HRTech).

  2. Should be a kickass storyteller and communicator with extremely strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

  3. Should be brimming with creativity and have a knack for creating experiences that shape perceptions.

  4. Should have a growth-hacker mindset, absolutely passionate about the product, and comfortably collaborate across functions.

  5. Adopt a ‘get shit done’ mindset and demonstrate leadership, initiative, and motivation.

  6. Experience with funnel optimisation and owning revenue goals with Sales
