Sr. People Science Associate - Research
inFeedo is looking for a Sr. Associate - People Science to lead customer launches. This person will support Amber in setting up the right listening strategy and act as a partner in the research activities.
What will you be doing?
Strengthen framework design: Design and validate various fundamental frameworks for measurement like Employee Engagement, Employee experience, motivation and many more.
Take charge of Analysis: Co-own data synthesis and own different metrics on the system and derive insights from the available data.
Own Amber question bank design: Design and edit standardised question banks with newer questions and question types
Support cross-functional partnerships with Product, Customer Onboarding and Customer Success functions (via research and insights) with a focus on the end-customer experience

Is this you?
Experience: 2+ years in HR data analysis/Employee Experience COE/ Research/ Psychometric developments related roles with 6-12 months of experience in designing, implementing, or analysing various surveys or assessments
Data Analytics and Statistical know-how: Ability to collect, clean and analyse complex data sets to support research activities. Statistical know how to carry out various types of analysis and visualisation of data for easy consumption
Communication: Strong communication and presentation skills especially for designing questionnaires, explaining design rationale and survey, analysis outcomes
Punching above their weight: Taking ownership and making do with less.
a. Basic knowledge of more than 2 statistical softwares
b. Experience in designing theoretical frameworks
c. Experience in designing psychometric assessments
