Sr. People Science Associate

Job description

inFeedo is looking for a Sr. People Science Associate to contribute to our EX consulting division and help Amber customers improve their people practices and employee experience.

What will you be doing?

  1. Assist in survey consults and customer launches
  2. Build subject matter expertise in Employee Experience and wellbeing to aid product solutions and customer needs
  3. Collaborate on compelling written and visual presentations of research findings aimed at business and market initiatives that facilitates in business growth
  4. Partnering with the marketing team to release white papers, lead magnets, and thought articles backed by data and extensive industry research

Requirements

Is this you?

  1. Post-graduate degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Organizational Behavior, Social Psychology, Cognitive Psychology, or a related field with at least 1 year experience
  2. Experience in survey design; ability to assist in quickly designing and tailoring effective, appropriate survey templates within time and resource constraints
  3. Ability to build compelling presentations and confidently convey research insights through data storytelling
  4. Knowledge of both applied quantitative and qualitative research methods (e.g., interview, focus groups, survey design, intervention experimentation, thematic analysis)
  5. Knowledge of multivariate statistical techniques and willingness to learn new approaches as needed
  6. Strong communication skills - written & verbal

Brownie Points:

a. Experience with data tools and reporting engines (e.g. R, SQL, Tableau, business object, qlik) b. OD/L&D experience

c. You are aware of the global EX shifts especially post-pandemic
