After closing our Pre-Series A round of $4Mn with Y-combinator, Benjamin Ling (ex-Google, Facebook, Stanford PhD), Girish Mathrubootham (Founder, Freshworks), our goal is to grow 100% YoY to make Amber a friend at work for more than a million employees on this planet. As the Product Marketing Marketing Manager, you will thrive in an environment which will require both your left-brain & the right-brain as you strategize on Go To Market and ensure a delightful brand, customer & product experience across the journey of a customer.

What will you be doing?

  1. Own Product Content - Own product copywriting for end-to-end user journeys across inFeedo's product suite. This includes microcopy, interaction flows, error messages, blank state messages, alerts, toasts etc.
  2. GTM strategy: Responsible for creation and execution of a complete metric-driven GTM, product positioning & marketing strategies. This will have you liaising between the product and marketing team 
  3. Product Education: The person will own the educational content which our customer success managers and customers follow. They will also be responsible for updating the documentaion with every new product release 
  4. Competitor Analysis: Understanding of HR Tech Industry & inFeedo's product and behavioral economics behind user decisions. Stay on top of our competition's products and changes.
  5. Cross-Functional collaboration: Ability to work cross functionally and to thrive in ambiguity. Collaborate with our product team to deliver new functionality to our users to drive adoption. Be the product team's voice in CS and Sales channels.

Who will you work with?


Is this you?

  1. 3+ years of experience launching new features and products from scratch, from the ideation phase through exec buy-in to post-launch optimization
  2. Experience marketing to a customer base, especially late adopters
  3. Experience in B2B domain will be a plus
  4. A knack for creating experiences that shape perceptions.
  5. Adopt a ‘get shit done’ mindset and demonstrate leadership, initiative, and motivation.
