We’re looking for a self-driven individual with a track record of leading initiatives in B2B SaaS companies (preferably HR Tech) to directly impact customer activation, engagement and retention while also leading charge on new products aligned with the business vision.
As a Product Manager, you will have to closely collaborate with other key functional stakeholders and conduct user behaviour research to gain insights and build the right solutions with brutal prioritisation.
The direct impact of your work will be empowering HR leaders in progressive enterprises to make the voice of half a million employees feel heard and valued by the end of the year.

What will you be doing?
You will be joining us as our Product Manager and leading our Cross-Functional Team. Key Responsibilities for this role include:
Engaging extensively with users in order to gain first hand insight on the user feedback. Further validate hypothesis by implementing robust & realtime usage tracking.
Developing, designing and overseeing the product roadmap and manage it as required to meet the business goals. It also incorporates including existing tech backlog and prioritise on the basis of business, customers & market needs.
Collaborating with Customer Success, UX, data, and engineering teams on a day-to-day basis to build iterative, high quality features and experiences. Example: How might we help our users understand how our dashboard works without any human interaction?
Conduct design sprints with key stakeholders to quickly convert ideas into prototypes and validate them in the market through user interviews. Report defined metrics and product/feature doneness.
Brutally prioritise problem statements where the focus is on the reach, impact and time-to-ship of a solution. You need to be passionate about understanding your user’s problems and dispassionate about what the best solution looks like.
