People Science Intern
inFeedo is looking for a People Science Intern to contribute to our EX consulting division and help Amber customers improve their people practices and employee experience.
What will you be doing?
- Design/redesign/update survey instruments for different Amber modules.
- Be part of organisational research experiments.
- Draft white papers and People Science collaterals.
- Statistical validation of survey instruments.
- User research to provide ground feedback to the Product team.

Ajay, Saloni, and of course the rest of the jovial inFeedo team
Is this you?
Knowledge: Understanding of survey design and methodology; human resource management (HRM) and employee engagement
Exposure: Some exposure to Ethnomethodology/Business Anthropology.
Education: Pursuing Bachelor's or Master's in I/O Psychology, MBA in HR.
Strong communication skills - written & verbal
a. Experience with data tools and reporting engines (e.g. R, SQL, Tableau, business object, qlik)
b. OD/L&D experience
c. You are aware of the global EX shifts especially post-pandemic

What happens after you apply?
