People Science Associate

Job description

We are looking for an People Science Associate to join our team. People Science as a function conducts extensive research in the Employee Engagement space, designs survey instruments (that marries Amber’s conversational style) to measure different organizational constructs and regularly consults with clients to solve their feedback needs and action paralysis.

What will you be doing?

  1. Survey design/redesign/updates for different Amber modules.
  2. Be part of organisational research experiments.
  3. Statistical validation of survey instruments.
  4. User research to provide ground feedback to the Product team.

What skills do you need?

  1. Prior experience in designing questionnaires and instrument validation during your college or work.
  2. Thorough understanding of human resource management (HRM) and employee engagement.
  3. Prior experience in conducting reliability and validity testing using a statistical tool.
  4. Some exposure to Ethnomethodology/Business Anthropology.
