Job description

As a Communication Specialist at inFeedo, you will be the left brain of our marketing function responsible for creating out-of-the-box mind-blowing event & media experiences. In addition to being the voice of the company, you will also have to handle incoming requests for information from media outlets and develop productive relationships with tech journalists and analysts.

What will you be doing?

  1. Ideate and Execute Events: Plan, implement, and lead trade shows, sponsored events, and company-hosted conferences to gain brand visibility, and strategically position inFeedo in the public sphere.

  2. Build Creative Communication Initiatives: Ideate internal and external communication initiatives that focus on employee/employer branding and demand generation objectives, among others.

  3. Support Marketing Initiatives: Work closely with Content Specialist to develop and distribute industry-specific thought leadership content and indirectly contribute to lead generation.

  4. Plan and Execute Communication Program: Design and roll out media releases about the product and the company to drive awareness and make inFeedo’s voice heard through major media outlets, including print, online publications, and broadcast media.

  5. Drive Customer Advocacy: Liaison with clients and the product team to help the content specialist develop case studies and success stories, which will our product reach a wider audience.

Requirements

What skills do you need?

  1. Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree.

  2. Experience: 2 - 4.5 year of experience working with PR agencies and/or B2B SaaS companies.

  3. Core Skills: Excellent communication skills with experience in leading internal and external communication initiatives that can create experiences and shape perceptions.

  4. Media and Analyst Relations: Should be able to forge strong relationships with partner brands, conventional and new media houses, and analysts.

  5. Cross-functional Approach: Should have a hustler mindset, be deeply passionate about the product, and comfortably collaborate with team members across functions.
