After closing our Pre-Series A round of $3.2Mn with Y-combinator, Benjamin Ling (ex-Google, Facebook, Stanford PhD), Girish Mathrubootham (Founder, Freshworks), our goal is to grow 100% YoY to make Amber a friend at work for more than a million employees on this planet. Guided by our 6 core values, we’re a 60-player strong team of young, ambitious, and relentless individuals breaking all rules and helping HR across the world rewrite the rules of employee engagement.

As the Marketing Manager, you will thrive in an environment which will require both your left-brain & the right-brain as you strategize on revenue growth with Sales and ensure a delightful brand, customer & product experience across the journey of a customer.

What will you be doing?

  1. Own ROI-driven pipeline coverage by scaling channels and organic SEO strategies by scaling keywords and opening up new regions as we grow
  2. Build organic and paid growth channels that deliver high-quality MQLs and revenue through paid search, organic search, partner networks, content syndicators, rating websites etc.
  3. Collaborate with Sales to expedite closure of deals in pipeline through nurturing & automation
  4. Create a Google Search Go-to-market playbook for new markets and new segments and set industry standards of growth for one of a kind Enterprise HRTech out of APAC.
  5. Set standards of excellence in campaign execution and creative concepts.

Is this you?

  1. 3-7 years of experience in owning pipeline & revenue goals via Google Search for a B2B SaaS company selling to MM/Enterprise
  2. A knack for experimentation and optimization to scale & scope channels within payback benchmarks
  3. A knack for creating experiences that shape perceptions.
  4. Adopt a ‘get shit done’ mindset and demonstrate leadership, initiative, and motivation.
