As the Organic Growth Marketing Associate, you will thrive in an environment which will require both your left-brain & the right-brain as you strategize on revenue growth with Sales and ensure a delightful brand experience in new regions.

What will you be doing?

  1. Own pipeline targets and end-to-end keyword research, search engine optimization of existing content to drive MQLs and Customers via the organic SEO channel.
  2. Leverage regular keyword and trend research and competitor analysis to empower our content team to create strategic content that will rank fast and drive revenue even faster.
  3. Empower the content team to create content for Top/Middle/Bottom-of-the-funnel keywords to move our target audience down the funnel with ease.
  4. Own localised SEO in international regions such as Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and Philippines to achieve international pipeline targets.
  5. Collaborate with Sales to expedite closure of deals in pipeline through nurturing & automation
  6. Track and analyze the effectiveness of SEO efforts utilizing marketing technology systems and tools

Requirements

Is this you?

  1. 1-4 years of experience in owning Organic (SEO) growth marketing or SEO-revenue goals in both in and outside India.
  2. Deep understanding of technical SEO, off-page SEO and on-page SEO
  3. Detail-oriented and analytical mindset
  4. Can tools like Ahrefs, Semrush, Hubspot, GSC, GA in your sleep
  5. A knack for localisation, experimentation, and optimization to scale & scope channels within payback benchmarks
  6. A knack for creating experiences that shape perceptions.
  7. Adopt a ‘get shit done’ mindset and demonstrate leadership, initiative, and motivation.
