Manager - Sales Development

Job description

We're looking for an SDR manager who can take complete ownership of inFeedo's SDR team who sell enterprise SaaS software to HR Heads/CEOs. Our ask is a burning desire for scale, relentless passion and a Jordon Belfort (from Wolf of Wall Street) like fearless confident attitude that leaves a lasting impression.

 

What will you be doing?

  1. Own the overall SAO team target that fuels the company revenue target of $5M by March 2022.
  2. Recruit and train and re-train SDR's to achieve individual target from both India and APAC market.
  3. Work closely with rev ops team to improve conversion rates across the SDR pipeline from MQL to SAO. 
  4. Work on bringing science to sales and redefine outbound strategies.
  5. Regularly liaison between growth and sales leadership to ensure alignment across functions.
  6. Work closely with marketing to ensure both teams work towards a common goal.

Requirements

What skills do you need?

  1. 5 years of relevant experience of which 2-3 years as an SDR with a measurable track record in selling B2B SaaS software to CXOs.
  2. Extremely strong communication and email writing skills.
  3. Experience of working closely with marketing.
  4. Ability to interpret historical data shared and take concrete actions to improve team performance quarter on quarter.
  5. Recruited and/or lead a 5+ member SDR team.
