Manager - Field Marketing

Job description

As a Field and Events Marketing Manager at inFeedo, you will be the left brain of our marketing function responsible for creating out-of-the-box mind-blowing event & media experiences. 

What will you be doing?

  1. Ideate and Execute Events: Plan, implement, and lead power panels, sponsored events, CXO's podcasts, and company-hosted conferences to gain brand visibility, generate qualified pipeline against global revenue targets, and strategically position inFeedo in the global HR sphere.

  2. Managing Annual Event Budgets: Forecast and allocate quarterly and annual budgets for events and regional programs in APAC and NAMER.

  3. Work directly with Sales, Customer Success, and CXOs: Build and maintain strong working relationships with the Sales and Customer Success teams at inFeedo to deliver industry-leading event experiences for our product evangelists and attendees.

  4. Support Marketing Initiatives: Work closely with Content Specialist to develop and distribute industry-specific thought leadership content and indirectly contribute to lead generation.

  5. Plan and Execute Communication Program: Design and roll-out media releases about the product and the company to drive awareness and make inFeedo’s voice heard through major media outlets, including print, online publications, and broadcast media.

  6. Drive Customer Advocacy: Liaison with customers and the product team to help the content specialist develop case studies and success stories, which will our product reach a wider audience.

What skills do you need?

  1. Experience: 3 - 5 years of experience working with B2B SaaS companies leading events and field marketing.

  2. Core Skills: Excellent communication skills with experience in leading internal and external communication initiatives targeted at CXOs that can create experiences and shape perceptions.

  3. Cross-functional Approach: Should have a hustler mindset, be deeply passionate about the product, and comfortably collaborate with team members across functions.
