Job description



This is a dynamic, fast paced, get shit done and propel the organisation forward kind of a role. You will work closely with Tanmaya Jain (Founder & CEO) to support on ground execution of CEO led strategic and organisational initiatives, achieve key priorities, provide project support, lead special projects, communicate on behalf of the CEO's office, and act as a central contact person for multiple projects. 


What will you be doing?

  1. Support the on ground execution of CEOs agenda, drive projects, ensure ongoing progress for key meetings and initiatives across the organisation; Own/coordinate the execution of strategic initiatives 
  2. Organise and prioritise critical issues and required information to assist the CEO in facilitating effective decision-making
  3. Participate in program management, involving duties on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis. Track and update business/functional roadmaps
  4. Proactively identify potential bottlenecks to ensure priorities are track
  5. Act as a business mind and analyst to drive business activities, develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  6. Support the CEO’s internal and external communications, assembling various dashboards for analysis, coordinating the company-wide goals process; manage presentations, support PR and external reach-outs, oversee quality check across the company etc.
  7. Assess inquiries directed to the CEO, determine the proper course of action and delegate to the appropriate individual/team to manage; 
  8. Run the CEO Office in an efficient and effective manner by providing operational support

  1. 3 - 6 years work experience
  2. General management/ consulting/ project Management background preferred but not mandatory
  3. Experience in interacting with senior management, driving cross-functional initiatives/projects
  4. Bonus Points
