Head of Partnerships

Job description

We are looking for a Head of Partnerships to build and preserve trusting relationships with existing and new partners across geographies. We’ll rely on you to effectively collaborate with our strategic and channel partners to maintain our company’s positive image.


To succeed in this role, you must be a strategic thinker with an analytical mind, strong problem-solving skills, and great at building executive-level relations.

What will you be doing?

  1. Manage partner relations - Manage existing partner relations, get partners more involved and setting them up for success.
  2. Identify and onboard Strategic/Tech Partners - Identify strategic tie-ups in regions/industries inFeedo is focused on to help gain a stronger footprint and add additional revenue.
  3. Partner Engagement Framework - Creating a framework for partner on-boarding to make the seamless and help partner achieve success within the first 3-4months coming on-board.
  4. Partner Marketing - Own partner marketing for the next 12months, work closely with marketing to involve partners in webinars, co-branding collaterals/newsletters and blog posts.
  5. Closing business - Qualification basis set criteria, presentation, and negotiation with end customer passed on as referrals by partners.

Requirements

Is this you?

  1. Experience of starting partnerships from scratch & 7+ years of experience in handling strategic partnerships.
  2. Experience in HR/ SAAS would be a big advantage.
  3. Should have experience of interacting with Corporate Development teams.
  4. Been a part of a team that made atleast 1 tech partnership happen which opened a new revenue stream for the company.
  5. Can handle senior level conversations and requires very little hand holding post the on-boarding.

    Brownie Points

    1. Experience working in partnerships in the HR space
    2. Involved in investor relations.
