Enterprise Sales Manager

Job description

InFeedo is looking for experienced SaaS sales professionals who can contribute to our $4 million ARR revenue target by end of 2019 and support our mission of helping all enterprises improve employee experience & engagement.

What will you be doing?

  1. Newly Booked Business: You will be tasked to achieve MRR ₹3-5 lakh every quarter from marketing qualified leads
  2. Up-Sells: Grow existing clients and up-sell.
  3. Cross-Sells: Work on a sales strategy for upcoming modules/products 
  4. Take care of complete sales cycle: from lead to close.
  5. Client demos, calls and presentations 

Who will you work with?


What skills do you need?

  1. 3-8 years relevant sales experience with a measurable track record in selling B2B SaaS software to CXOs.
  2. Extremely strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills
  3. Ability to conduct high-impact product demos like this demo from our CEO himself.
  4. Experience in selling HR tech, SaaS products to CXOs is a plus
  5. Quota-carrying closers who have been closing for a minimum of 2 years
  6. Consistent performance - meeting or exceeding numbers on a constant basis.
  7. Punching above their weight - Taking ownership and make do with less. 
  8. Belief in inFeedo's core valuesteamproductclientsvision and most importantly the person you see in the mirror every day.

What happens after you apply?

  1. Our team takes a maximum of 7 days to review a profile
  2. You get a call from the team if it looks like a match
  3. If the team likes your profile and work, you will receive a small task
  4. Once you submit the task, we will take around 2-3 days to get back to you
  5. After the task, a quick in-person/telephonic interaction will be set up for a detailed assessment 
  6. Once this is complete, a final interaction will be set up at our office in Gurgaon, which will mainly focus on your problem solving approach and culture integration
  7. After this, we hi-5 and start working together :)
