Job description

As a Digital Marketing Strategist at inFeedo, you will be the right brain of our marketing function and be responsible for inbound revenue coming from digital channels. You will design, create, and deliver marketing programs to support expansion and growth of the company services and products. This role will require you to gain in-depth knowledge of inFeedo’s product and long-term vision.

What will you be doing?

  1. Own all digital channels: Take ownership of inFeedo’s digital strategy and manage all digital channels to drive awareness, consideration, conversion, and acquisition.

  2. Develop and Drive Digital Campaigns: Design and deliver multi-channel digital campaigns (paid, social, display, search) that reach target audiences, generate leads, acquire new customers, and fuel growth

  3. Influence the Customer’s Journey through digital channels: Leverage data-driven marketing to identify patterns and opportunities for innovation and make optimization recommendations across the buyer’s journey. Scale retargeting effort to engage site visitors and returning customers.

  4. Track & forecast digital spend and RoI: Manage channel spend and budget process to meet growth and ROI targets, including monthly forecasts and reporting.

  5. Optimise conversion rates: Maximize campaign ROI via rigorous A/B and split tests on website and landing pages, and help optimize copy, creative and audience targeting. Review and enhance tools and technology to improve tracking, attribution, audience segmentation and reporting.

Requirements

What skills do you need?

  1. Experience: Over 4 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment with a track record of meeting inbound revenue targets.

  2. Technical Expertise: A/B testing, Analytics, Data APIs (eg. Clearbit), User testing (eg. VWO, Hotjar), CRO (eg. Optimizely), CMS (eg. Webflow, Wordpress), CRM (eg. Salesforce, Hubspot, Marketo)

  3. Domain Expertise: Must know your way around managing customer acquisition effort in paid, organic, and viral channels.

  4. Cross-functional Approach: Should have a hustler mindset, be deeply passionate about the product, and comfortably collaborate with team members across functions.
