After closing our Pre-Series A round of $4Mn with Y-combinator, Benjamin Ling (ex-Google, Facebook, Stanford PhD), Girish Mathrubootham (Founder, Freshworks), our goal is to grow 100% YoY to make Amber a friend at work for more than a million employees on this planet. As the Demand Generation Manager, you will thrive in an environment which will require both your left-brain & the right-brain as you strategize on revenue growth with Sales and ensure a delightful brand, customer & product experience across the journey of a customer.

What will you be doing?

  • Performance Marketing: Identifying and creating a performance marketing strategy & execution plan that leverages Linkedin Ads, Google Search Ads and Facebook Ads. (Bonus points if you can own SEO strategy and execution too)
  • Owning Campaigns: Developing and managing digital prospecting and remarketing campaigns
  • Owning Paid Channels: Managing budgets and campaigns across all Paid channels to drive strong return on investment and efficient CAC. Identifying and testing new paid channels to continue to meet or exceed established critical metrics of growth and ROI & ensuring successful optimization for key traffic KPIs via paid.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with the agency, content marketers, designer to create all assets needed for the campaigns

Requirements

Is this you?

  1. 3-8 years of experience in owning lead, pipeline & revenue goals via Linkedin Ads, Google Ads, FB ads, and SEO for a B2B SaaS company selling to MM/Enterprise.
  2. A knack for experimentation and optimization to scale & scope channels within payback benchmarks.
  3. A knack for creating experiences that shape perceptions.
  4. Adopt a ‘get shit done’ mindset and demonstrate leadership, initiative, and motivation.
