Customer Marketing Manager

Job description

We are looking for someone to drive customer marketing end-to-end. The right person would work with Product, GTM, Partners and other Marketing functions to ideate, build and scale strategic programs aimed at increasing the Community's growth and sustainability.

TL;DR: Someone to engage our customers, support their need for collaterals and keep them happy.

What will you be doing?

  1. Setup Digital Strategy: Conceptualise and establish an innovative digital strategy to grow a vibrant and diverse community of inFeedo users, advocates, prospects and partners
  2. Customer Landscape: Understand inFeedo's customers across segments and personas and devise programs that align with overall business goals to build awareness, generate pipeline, accelerate activation and drive advocacy and referrals
  3. Community Establishment: Manage the recruitment and on-boarding of community members via digital channels, in-product placements, social media and referrals
  4. Content Creation: Develop content calendars, campaigns and gamification programs to ensure we are providing valuable content to all member segments and driving engagement
  5. Cross-functional Alignment: Collaborate with Product, GTM, Partners and other Marketing functions to ideate, build and scale strategic programs aimed at increasing the Community's growth and sustainability

Is this you?

  1. Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in a community management or social media coordination role, preferably within HR tech
  2. Basic graphic designing (Figma or expertise in Canva)
  3. Independent creation and successful execution of community-focused marketing campaigns with one or more specific business goals (growth, engagement, retention, reactivation, revenue)
  4. Experience in moderating community discussions with large active communities, including the creation of style guides, tone, response strategies
  5. Effective time management and project management skills
