Job description

As a member of our Marketing Team, the individual will manage our owned and social media strategy and execution including blogs, social media, and supporting marketing efforts through collateral creation. You will be working with not just the Marketing team but also Product, Sales, Customer Success to build a strong brand narrative and ensure robust amplification plans to achieve measurable results. 

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing social media channels for businesses, both organic and paid, and working closely with cross-functional teams. We are seeking a strategic and creative thinker with strong writing skills, who has a sharp understanding of building and leveraging reputation narratives on social media, including close collaboration with influencers and other opinion leaders. The perfect candidate will be passionate, self-motivated, innovative and able to pivot when necessary in our fast-paced start-up culture.

What will you be doing?

  1. Content Management: Creating, writing, publishing and editing content across a range of mediums – long-form editorial, social media, marketing collateral, internal communications; coming up with content ideas that are relevant for inFeedo and interesting to our customers.
  2. Cross-functional liaisoning: Closely collaborating with People Science, Customer Success and Business teams to develop social campaigns from within the organization as well as providing direction to and managing design implementation.
  3. Support in evolving our content brand guidelines.
  4. Strategising: Utilising industry and customer insight to inform strategies and remain an expert regarding on-going social trends and new platforms.

Tanmaya, Lakshmi, Sushrut, Charan and of course the rest of the jovial inFeedo team. 

 

Requirements

Is this you?

  1. Experience: 2-3 years of experience working in content roles – strategy and execution, preferably in a startup environment.

  2. Domain Expertise: Must know exactly which industry trend to capitalize on in the form of content for distribution across inFeedo channels. 

  3. Cross-functional Approach: Should have a hustler mindset, be deeply passionate about the product, and comfortably collaborate with team members across functions
