Job description

Being a part of the Founder's Office is a dynamic, fast-paced, get shit done and propel the organization forward kind of a role. You will work directly with Tanmaya Jain (Founder & CEO) to support on ground execution of CEO led strategic and organizational initiatives, achieve key priorities, provide project support, lead special projects, communicate on behalf of the CEO's office, and act as a central contact person for multiple projects.

Is this you?

  • 5+ years of work experience in strategy consulting or entrepreneurship or founding member of a startup a similar role or worked in a mix of program management & strategic initiatives role prior to this
  • High degree of responsibility and ownership - strong multitasking, coordination, organizational execution skills & problem solving mindset
  • Must have worked in a fast paced growing technology startup
  • Track record of ownership and tenaciously looking for ways to get results & improve the status quo.
  • Experience working closely with C-suite/VP-level management while also influencing across multiple levels and functions of an organization.
  • Comfortable working remotely

Requirements

What will you be doing?

  • Own & prioritize on ground execution of CEOs agenda, drive key initiatives, act as a key advisor for leadership meetings & initiatives across the organisation.
  • Own the OKR process - help define & design function level OKRs, create an action plan with functional heads to drive towards company goals. Drive regular OKR reviews with functional teams and keep a close track on the function s progress towards planned goals.
  • Own key staff meetings with the CEO & leadership team by actively contributing to fortnightly all hands, weekly leadership pitstop, monthly town hall meetings.
  • Design & support CEO’s internal & external communications, coordinating the company-wide goals process, co - manage all social media platform, support PR and external reach-outs, etc.
  • Manage investor relations, assist with Series B fund raise.
  • Relationship building with key CXOs & influencers.
  • Identify gaps and roadblocks that functions are struggling with & troubleshoot them.
  • Act as a business mind & analyst to drive business activities, develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. Create insights, learnings and synthesize updates for the leadership.
  • Serve as liaison between team members, executives, senior leaders, and founders, regarding company climate, employee well-being, project updates, proposals, and planning.
  • Assess inquiries directed to the CEO, determine the proper course of action and delegate to the appropriate individual/team to manage.
