AVP Sales (Enterprise SaaS)
We're looking for AVP Sales who can take complete ownership of inFeedo's sales team who sell enterprise SaaS software to HR Heads/CEOs. Our ask is a burning desire for scale, relentless passion and a Jordon Belfort (from Wolf of Wall Street) like fearless confident attitude that leaves a lasting impression.
What will you be doing?
- Own the overall team target of reaching MRR 1cr by EOFY 2018-19.
Recruit and train sales reps to achieve above target from both domestic/international markets.
Improve conversion rates across each stage in pipeline from lead gen to money in bank.
- Regularly liaison between key leaders to ensure alignment across functions.
- Target audience is CEOs/CHROs in enterprises with 200+ english white collar employees.

- In addition to a mutually agreed fixed + variable salary, you earn 5% of each deal closed by yourself and 4% of each deal closed by your team member where payment is ₹6L annual upfront or higher.
- Example, if 3 of your team members + you both close just 3 deals every quarter worth ARR ₹6L each, that's an extra bonus of ₹36.72 lakh in a year.
What skills do you need?
- 5-12 years of relevant experience with a measurable track record in selling B2B SaaS software to CXOs.
- Extremely strong communication, negotiation, persuasion and email writing skills.
- Ability to conduct high-impact product demos like this demo from our CEO himself.
- Recruited and/or lead a 5+ member sales team with a strong interest in HR-Tech.
