Associate Project Manager

Job description

InFeedo is looking for a talented Associate Project Manager who will work closely with the Customer Success Team on internal projects to support our mission of helping all enterprises improve employee experience & engagement.


What will you be doing?

  1. Project Planning: Create project plans, establish timelines and ensure optimal quality of all projects.

  2. Execute Cross- Function Project Delivery: Liaise with other functions to ensure that cross functional asks and projects are achieved within established timeframes. Ensure product specifications are delivered on a weekly basis as per project plan. Directly oversee the activities of a team of developers, answer questions and help resolve issues as they arise.

  3. Reporting: Develop and report defined metrics and measure project doneness. Create/Update existing worksheets and dashboards to ensure that numbers and metrics are available prior to PitStop meetings and within 24 hours of actuals. 

  4. Proactive risk identification and communication: Identify and communicate risks proactively to leadership. Recommend potential solutions to overcome these risks in order to meet business targets and objectives.

What skills do you need?

  1. Experience: 2 to 4 years of business experience, with software project and/or Business Analyst experience preferred.
  2. Analytical skills: Attention to detail and aptitude for analytical problem resolution
  3. Team: Ability to work independently, contribute to the greater team and to handle multiple projects/tasks concurrently.
  4. Critical Skills: Excellent logic and interpersonal skills with a passion for understanding and addressing customer needs. Strong organizational and communication skills with an ability to work well with all levels of the organization.
