Associate Director - Customer Business

NOTE: This is not a finance role :)

We are looking for a seasoned sales leader with proven track record of successfully leading SaaS products for market expansion. Someone who can drive a global account management team while exceeding targets along key business metrics. The person should be excited in helping their team build strong customer relations, grow inFeedo's presence within current customers via geographical growth and new products, building a mid to long term strategy and helping negotiate complex deals.


To succeed in this role, you must be a strategic thinker with an analytical mind and strong problem-solving skills.

What will you be doing?

  1. Revenue leader: Own Net revenue from customer business by helping team proactively identify and close expansion, upsell and cross-sell opportunities within inFeedo's current customer base while managing any expected or unexpected churn and contraction
  2. Lead and Mentor: No one likes a manager, our team definitely doesn't! Come with the attitude to lead and mentor a team of 5 account managers set to grow to 9 within next 6months 
  3. Relationship Driven: Ensure positive relationships with internal stakeholders and external key decision-makers for accounts that will provide business are continuously developed and relationships are strengthened and grown.
  4. Account Planning: Work with team to identify, develop and actively pursue a list of targeted Key Accounts globally and create individual plans of action to penetrate these account
  5. Forecasting: Accurately forecast sales opportunities via pipeline report. Empower the team to effectively and accurately manage personal revenue pipeline to maximize all business opportunities. Should be proficient in salesforce

Requirements

Is this you?

  1. 7 years+ relevant Account Management experience with a measurable track record of engaging with CXOs of which minimum 2years in leading a team.
  2. SaaS experience is a MUST
  3. Communication: Extremely strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
  4. Ability to build long-lasting relationships and be viewed as a trusted advisor by customers
  5. Punching above their weight: Taking ownership and make do with less
  6. Marketing Alignment: Worked closely with marketing to give Customer marketing a direction to help build a strong pipeline for the team.
