We are seeking an exceptional Account Director with a demonstrated history of achieving outstanding results in selling SaaS products specifically tailored for the India Market. We are looking for an individual who is genuinely passionate about helping their team succeed and who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. What will you be doing?

  1. New Booked Business: You will be responsible to own and deliver a sales target every quarter from sales-qualified opportunities .You'll develop and actively pursue a list of targeted Key Accounts by creating individual plans of action to penetrate these accounts.
  2. Interact with industry leaders: Ensure relationships with CXOs for accounts that will ensure new business is continuously developed and relationships are strengthened and grown.
  3. Forecasting: Effectively and accurately manage personal revenue pipeline to maximize all new business opportunities
  4. Cross-Functional Alignment: Work with the Implementation and Customer Success team to ensure complete customer satisfaction during and post-launch.

Is this you?

  1. Experience: 5-7 years experience with 4+ years of quota-carrying experienceSelling SaaS products to CXOs is a must.
  2. Communication: Extremely strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. 
  3. Pipeline Hygiene: Should be a proficient Salesforce user and understands the value of pipeline management.
  4. Punching above their weight: Taking ownership and make do with less.
  5. Solution Seller: Able to integrate knowledge across disciplines to include cold calling, consultative selling, product demonstrations, closing contracts, operation/process flow, and product function.
