inFeedo is seeking an experienced and driven SaaS sales professional to lead all sales efforts in the Southeast Asia region. As an Account Director, you will be responsible for identifying and generating new leads through networking, prospecting, and marketing efforts. You will establish and manage relationships with senior executives of client and prospect companies and deliver high-quality sales presentations to Fortune 1,000 companies and other accounts within a prescribed territory.


To be successful in this role, you must have a proven track record of success in SaaS sales, including prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects. You must be comfortable working in a start-up environment and be willing to help establish and refine sales processes and best practices. Travel within the region and participation in in-person meetings is required.

What will you be doing?

  • Lead Generation: Generate new leads through networking and prospecting, including cold calling, as well as using marketing and PR activities of the company.
  • Sales Presentation: Make sales presentations to customers and prospects at all levels and in HR department of Fortune 1,000 companies of other accounts within a prescribed territory. Address product uses, benefits, competitive advantages, and business terms; facilitate technical follow-up to close a sale.
  • Account Based Selling: Target account selling (prospecting/lead generation, qualification and scoping, closing strategies, negotiations, etc.).
  • Interact with industry leaders: Ensure relationships with CXOs for accounts that will ensure new business is continuously developed and relationships are strengthened and grown. Act as representative of inFeedo at industry conferences and association meetings.
  • Execute Demand Generation Campaigns: In collaboration with inFeedo marketing team, develop and execute demand generation campaigns.
  • Contract Negotiations: Coordinate and actively participate in contract negotiations.
  • Marketing Collaboration: Join forces with our dynamic marketing team to unlock the full potential of leads generated from trade shows and campaigns.
  • Competitive Landscape: Maintain a real-time understanding of the competitive landscape to assist in figuring out win-based proposals and pricing.
  • Forecasting: Effectively and accurately manage personal revenue pipeline to maximize all new business opportunities. Participate in sales planning status meetings.
  • Presence in the Southeast Asian market: As our Account Director, you will be selling primarily in Indonesia and the Philippines, engaging in both in-person and virtual meetings with clients and prospects. But that's not all - you'll also be tapping into the region's diverse and vibrant market by targeting organic leads from countries like Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, and Vietnam. You'll establish and expand inFeedo’s presence and customer base in Indonesia and Philippines in first 12 months.
  • Work on Sales Playbook: You'll have the chance to collaborate with a dynamic and passionate team to establish playbook, all with the same goal of driving sales growth and success.
  • Last but most important, meet and exceed your defined quota target per quarter. :)

Requirements

Is this you?

  • Experience acquiring clients, negotiating, and selling SaaS to HR executives of Fortune 1000 companies in the South East Asia Region
  • Leading potential clients to an understanding of the options or solutions that are applicable to their situation, demonstrating how features and benefits match their needs
  • Contributing in weekly meetings with meaningful insights
  • BA/BS in Computer Science, Business Administration of Marketing.
  • Experience using Salesforce.com and Mac proficiency is a plus.
  • At least 6 years of recent experience selling complex SaaS application software solutions to a major vertical market.
  • Experience selling SaaS solutions to human resource departments within Fortune 1000 companies.
